UAE Federation for Youth Hostels & Sports
These Terms & Conditions govern reservations, stays, and use of facilities provided by the UAE Federation for Youth Hostels & Sports. By making a reservation or staying at any of our hostels or facilities, guests agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Reservation and Check-In

• Guests must provide a valid identification document (Emirates ID, passport, or other accepted identification) upon check-in.

• Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required booking details are completed.

• Guests must provide accurate information regarding the number of guests, stay dates, and accommodation requirements.

2. Payment

• Payment for accommodation and additional services must be completed according to the payment terms provided during booking.

• The UAE Federation for Youth Hostels & Sports reserves the right to request payment guarantees or deposits where applicable.

• Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including damages or additional services, must be settled before departure.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type, rate, and promotional offer.

• Guests are advised to review the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking.

• Failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in a no-show charge.

4. Check-Out and Departure

• Guests must vacate their accommodation by the designated check-out time.

• Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Guests are required to return any keys, access cards, or property belonging to the hostel upon departure.

5. Accommodation Rules and Guest Responsibilities​

• Any damage, loss, or misuse of hostel property may result in charges being applied to the responsible guest.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• Guests must comply with health, safety, and security regulations at all times.

• The UAE Federation for Youth Hostels & Sports reserves the right to refuse accommodation/guests who violate hostel rules or engage in inappropriate behaviour.

6. Facilities and Services

• Access to facilities, including sports areas, meeting rooms, restaurants, swimming pools, and recreational facilities, is subject to availability and applicable rules.

• Operating hours and facility availability may change without prior notice due to maintenance, events, or operational requirements.

• Guests participating in sports or recreational activities do so at their own responsibility and must follow safety instructions.

7. Personal Belongings and Liability

• Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings during their stay.

• The UAE Federation for Youth Hostels & Sports is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

• Guests are responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from violation of hostel rules or misuse of facilities.

8. Force Majeure

• The UAE Federation for Youth Hostels & Sports shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be handled according to the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

• Guests are encouraged to contact the management team to resolve any concerns or complaints.

The UAE Federation for Youth Hostels & Sports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
